Resilience is the ability we have to overcome a situation, to grow past suffering and to return to our original condition of well-being. Sometimes life tests us with difficult situations like illnesses, the loss of friends, a disaster of some kind, the loss of a loved one, economic crises, the loss of bodily functionality, etc.
In all these situations we can let ourselves be overcome or we can grow beyond them strengthened and return to and even grow past our original condition of well-being. To sum, when we suffer a loss, we can focus obsessively on what we have lost or we can focus on everything we still have.
To the latter point, we have the ability to focus here on out on everything that you have left, as well as what still may yet come. Growth isn't comfortable, but it can certainly improve your existence. This Plan will suggest to users some helpful tips to assist those in need of direction by offering a means of growing through and beyond adversity.
